First Steps Membership Scholarship Application

Scholarship applications are by request. Requesting does not guarantee funds will be made available. The program fee is $75 per month, for a twelve month period ($900 per year). The fee can be paid monthly, incrementally, or annually by online payment or invoice. Scholarships are granted on a case-by-case basis, depending on demonstrated need and availability of funds. Scholarships applications do not carry over year to year, reapplication will be necessary for each year of program participation.
